Lore: Between Sos returning, and Sivudlerk's overwhelming presence, a new spirit was born. Made of mischief, neon lights, and questionable intentions, Pamiuq is entirely unpredictable. He is the matron of the glowing city, found swimming between its alleyways. He graces the neon lights and makes them glow brilliantly bright.

Not much is known about this spirit; he can be taken as a good omen, bringing good luck for sales and business, but he can also be a message that the lights of the city will soon shut off. He gathers his energy from mankind's own creation, sending his small neon fish to do his deeds. He is commonly found breaking lights, knocking over lean-tos, and terrorizing tourists. He has a very distinct laugh, a barking sound that echoes throughout the alley. It is said that those who hear it are targeted by this spirit.
