Storm Bringer

Region: Tartok
Alignment: Neutral
Rank: Tribe Deity (Riders on the Storms)
Portfolio: -
Forms: He is a relatively short, but heavy-built tokota, white with dark grey swirls of clouds dancing around his head instead of a mane. He doesn't seem to have a proper tail - instead, stormy bits of clouds, brimming with lightning and dark with rainfall rush behind him in a long streak of storms. The Storm Bringer has short, sleek purple fur that usually appears wet, small, curled ears and bright white eyes. His feet are shrouded in mist, and he leaves only wet paw prints behind (like small puddles). He has no mane, but clouds dancing around his head and neck, as well as a tail made of mist-swirls, clouds, lightning and blizzards. During winter, his paw-prints freeze over, and instead of rain, snowflakes cover his fur.
Lore: The Storm Bringer is a sign - Of what, nobody is quite sure. Only that he brings change to those who see him. The Storm Bringer runs faster than wind and is just as elusive - his body can appear almost translucent. At night, he is nigh invisible. When he approaches, mist travels in his wake, blizzards and storms with heavy rainfall accompany him. The Storm Bringer isn't known to harm, but you better bring the harvest in when someone reports hearing his howls, because heavy storms are sure to follow.
The Riders on the Storm prepare for battle against nature when they hear him, putting saddles on their tokos, keeping their phones and radios close-by. When the Storm Bringer comes, they ride behind him to save those he has surprised.
