Udu, the Spirit of Fog and Ocean Mist, resides on the rocky shores of the Whispering Shoals, across from the Dead Watch Lighthouse. She is a melancholy soul who fears light and longs for companionship. She often wanders looking for the warmth of another, calling out to passersby and bringing her fog with her. While she means no harm, her fog will trap those who come near. If you manage a glimpse of her physical self, you may see a small toki-like creature that is practically skin and bones with wisps of hair that fade out to fog. She has also been known to resemble those who you hold the most dear, in an attempt to draw you into her fog with their pleas.
