The Lovable Derp™

He is a very laid back and goofy guy except when it comes to grooming. He has never been amenable to being brushed or washed and it eventually became a battle that his handlers just stopped fighting. Occasionally he allows them to clip out some of his dredlocks but they never get them all and it never takes long for his hair to plait back up on its own. He is otherwise  happy go lucky and ready to go along with most suggestions (even ones he probably shouldn't go along with). He's a bit derpy and doesn't really think things through before he does them. He is strongly attention motivated, positive or negative, which leads him often into greatness, but equally often into mischief.
