Saying very little and only spoken when spoken too, Bi is often overlooked. But he prefers it this way, it makes his job of watching over Api much easier. Tasked with keeping the rather conniving tokota safe, he has some difficulty in his job. That's not to be said that he doesn't enjoy his job as it keeps him on his toes. Since many don't see him as a threat, it can be rather shocking how ruthless and aggressive Bi can be.
