Not much is know about Shizi's past as she was brought to the ranch with barely closed wounds and a short list of her injuries. Shocked, Ge did his best to make sure that Shizi was comfortable but found that she would shy away from him. In some instances, she would flinch away from him so rapidly that she would injure herself. Even when she was still skittish around loud noises or sudden movements. Ge has tried to get her used to a lot but she would rather cling to Ge's side which makes doing chores difficult.
