A quiet, good hearted Tokota who loves to run in the wind. He is distrustful towards humans but he's very loyal to his handler. Thowra runs  wild unless his handler whistles for him to come and has a soft spot for pups too but wary of all humans. He is known for his strength, endurance and speed.  Said to have been born during a storm in which he was named.  Poachers quickly become obsessed with trying to capture him for his rarity. To survive, Thowra is forced to become more cunning than both tokota and man. He is relentlessly hunted by a man on a black tokota named Echo.

His name means "Wind" in the Aboriginal languge.
