Slots sales are usually available. Most alphas are open for slots, just ask if a tokota isn't listed and has slots available.
Sales are a more rare, case by case basis and I would prefer if you don't ask for a tokota that isn't specifically listed for sale.
Tokotas
Sales are priced based on the tokota's traits, markings, available slots and tack. The more useful it could be, the more it will cost. Its ideal uses would be listed in its custom notes when priced for sale.
