March

Logging Competition
Mar 4th - Mar 17th
5000 TT
Log x 2, Stick x 5
As winter is coming to an end, the town is coming together for a log pulling competition. In the past the only time people would cut down trees is in the winter season, while they can log in any season now, it is a tradition to hold the contest at the end of the winter. There are three classes to enter. The first two classes are only for Normal and Dire built tokotas. The competition is fierce in the doubles for a team of two and single where only one tokota pulls and is seen as a showcase of power, strength, and teamwork. Tokotas have to pull logs across a small course safely and quickly to their destination. They must show they are in complete control and are listening to their handler. The third class is only for the toki build. Tokis are rarely used to pull logs and instead their competition involves rolling a small log to the finish line. It is light-hearted and quite the spectacle. Tokis are allowed to move the logs in any manner by paw, whether they push it to the finish line or ride it there. You're So Classic
Nov 11th - Nov 24th
+4 HP bonus to Quest image
Hand Paint Dyes x 1, Small Item x1
Imagine if the old masters had their own tokotas for their inspiration.

What would the Mona Lisa look like if it was the Mona Toko? Suppose the Sistine chapel was covered epic scenes of muscular tokotas in the clouds, or that Hamlet soliloquized about the slings and arrows used for a tokota hunt instead of outrageous fortune. Would 'A Starry Night' have had touches of the aurora creeping over the Ridge of Elders? Would Oedipus have been a story about 50% dires? Or maybe Salvador Dali would have painted... melting... tokotas? Ok, we probably shouldn't go there...

Recreate or parody your favorite classic/famous piece of art or literature with a tokota twist, making your own tokota the star of the show. Be sure to let us know where you drew your inspiration from!
