Wrinkle Mane

Very Rare
Less Smooth
Devon

The Wrinkle is a very rare mane type found on all build types, and originated from specialized breeding. The Wrinkle mane has a short coat with excessive skin folds, giving its wrinkled appearance. The loose skin is most prominent on the shoulders, neck, and head.

They are moderate shedders, but require minimal grooming thanks to the short fur, similar to their Sphinx cousins. However, regular cleaning between the wrinkle folds is required to avoid fungal growth and infections. Similarly to the Sphinx, Wrinkle tokotas possess a thin double coat to protect them from harsh weather and to repel water, but it is advised to provide them blankets if a long travel into colder territories is planned.

While the unique appearance of their coat allows them to excel in show rings, the excess skin also has practical uses in providing protection from animal attacks, making them excellent hunters and very suitable for brawls.
