This varies between incredibly hot near the Lava Falls and freezing cold by the Glacier, with the difference between these resulting in multiple different microclimates and even rain within the huge cavern.
Description:
Sikatou was previously known as a small, volcanic island south of Tartok. Only an inactive volcano, sparse plant life and a few beaches occupied by nothing more interesting than seals were recorded.
Recently, a sighting of a strange creature standing watch on the volcano rim triggered the discovery that Sikatou contains a warren of caves leading to a gigantic cavern ruled over by Artemis and her band of hunters.
The cavern is lit by a mixture of trickles of daylight coming from cracks in the stone and luminous fungi which cling to the stone roof. It contains strange features such as lava falls and a glacier all within the vast space. Unusual creatures, thought to be lost to legend, have been sighted inside.
