Factions

How to Join a Faction | Pack Leader | Prestige Breeder | Lore Keeper | Knowledge Seeker | Wilderness Tracker | Token Broker | FAQ

Factions represent different focuses with in the world of Tokotna. When joining Tokotas, you have a choice to join one of the below factions. Every faction has a specific focus with benefits for those areas. Regardless of which faction you choose, you may still participate in any discipline or type of show with your tokota and rider.

You may choose to stay neutral and not join a faction. However, this does not bestow any benefits. Additionally, for certain tasks such as the Rites of Fertility, you must choose either path to temporarily take for your award. (e.g. you are neutral, but decide to finish your Rites of Fertility with Rite of Strength) Factions compete against each other to collect Faction Points and win the quarterly competition to become the season's Dominant Faction. More information regarding Faction Points can be found on its journal in the Cycling Journals Hub.

    • As long as someone with a Tokota participating in the AoA set belongs to either the WT or LK faction, you can have 4 Tokotas in that AoA set. Basically one of the 4 Tokotas participating must belong to a person in WT or LK in order to have 4 Tokotas in a set.
